excelerAItor is an AI-powered study tool that turns your own course materials into quizzes, flashcards, and a personal tutor. You upload your notes or readings, and the app generates study content specific to what you're learning — not generic textbook summaries.
Free gives you 10 AI queries per month (shared across the Tutor, Quiz generation, and Flashcard generation). All three study modes are available.

Pro ($9.99/month or $99/year) increases that to 100 AI queries per month. Everything else — features, subjects, file uploads — works the same on both plans.
Your AI query count resets on the 1st of every calendar month — automatically, with no action required on your part. For example, if your month ends on September 30, your full allocation (10 for Free, 100 for Pro) is available again on October 1.

Your remaining queries are always shown at the bottom of the sidebar when you're logged in.
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed:
  • Web: Log in → Account → Subscription → Cancel. Or email support@exceleraitor.com.
  • Apple App Store: Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → excelerAItor → Cancel. Must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Google Play: Open Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → excelerAItor → Cancel.
After canceling, you keep Pro access through the end of the paid period.
Web subscribers: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Email support@exceleraitor.com with your account email and we'll process it promptly.

App Store subscribers: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play subscribers: Google allows a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase through the Play Store. After that, contact us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
You can upload:
  • Text files (.txt) — best results, most reliable
  • PDF files (.pdf)
  • Word documents (.docx)
  • Images (.jpg, .png, etc.) — photos of handwritten notes, whiteboards, or printed pages are OCR'd automatically
For best AI results, text files or clean PDFs with selectable text work better than scanned images.
The AI Tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. When you ask a question, the app sends your question along with relevant portions of your uploaded materials to Claude, which generates a response grounded in your content. If a topic isn't covered in your uploads, the Tutor can optionally search the web for an answer.

Each question you ask uses one of your monthly AI query credits.
Yes. AI language models can produce confident-sounding answers that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. excelerAItor is a study aid, not an authoritative source. Always verify important information — especially formulas, dates, definitions, and anything you'll be tested on — against your official course materials or instructor.
Your files are stored securely in your account and used only to generate study content for you. We do not share your files with other users or use them to train AI models. You can delete individual files at any time from within the app. If you delete your account, all your files are permanently removed within 30 days.
Yes — because the app works from your uploaded materials rather than a fixed curriculum, it adapts to any subject: biology, history, law, accounting, literature, engineering, and so on. The quality of generated questions depends on the quality and detail of the materials you upload. More thorough notes produce better questions.
To delete your account, email support@exceleraitor.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and remove your data within 30 days.

Important: If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it through that platform first — deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
