You can permanently delete your excelerAItor account and all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and how to request it.
What is not affected: If you have an active subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel it. You must cancel your subscription through the platform you purchased it on before or after deleting your account to stop future charges.
Log in to excelerAItor, open the sidebar, and click Delete Account at the bottom. Confirm when prompted. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
Send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@exceleraitor.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll confirm receipt and remove your data within 30 days.

After we receive your deletion request, your data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate statistics (e.g., total quiz questions answered with no identifying information) may be retained for analytics. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
